What are the products intended for?
Products are labeled for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal use, diagnosis, treatment, or consumption. Read the Research Use Only notice.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
Check Lab Testing / COAs and the relevant product page. A missing report means documentation is not available there; it does not establish that testing is complete or underway. Match any available report to the product and lot it identifies.

How do I check an order?
Use Track your order with your order number and billing email, or sign in to Your Orders. For shipment movement, follow the carrier tracking link when one is available.
What are the shipping options?
Review the methods and charges offered at checkout for your destination. Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. See Shipping & Returns.
Can I change an order?
Contact support as soon as possible with the order number and requested change. Changes may not be possible after processing or shipment has begun.
Returns & account help
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Contact support for instructions before sending a return. Read the Refund & Returns Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact support promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund depends on the circumstances.
How do I create an account or reset my password?
Open Create Account to register, or use the password reset link on the sign-in page. Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
